Ryan was hired by my landlord to come fix the AC we have been having trouble with for a few months now. He arrived at 7:00 PM and stayed until nearly 11:30 at night working, replacing parts, testing wiring, and making sure he got it done right. He even had to access the roof of the building and go back and forth to test many times when the fuses blew but he never gave up. He was polite, professional, and dedicated to getting us cooled off before he would go home for the night. Days later and everything is still working perfectly--he even texted the next morning to make sure the system had worked overnight with no issues. 100/10 would recommend!
