1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by West Florida Air ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

West Florida Air provides HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installation, maintenance, repair, and related services to residential and commercial customers in West Florida.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

We strive to provide timely service within the scheduled appointment window. However, due to the nature of HVAC service, actual arrival times may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to your appointment time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific needs of each customer. We provide estimates before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on labor and may offer manufacturer warranties on equipment. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service. Warranties may be void if equipment is serviced by unauthorized personnel or if damage results from improper use.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on any of our website forms, you agree to these SMS Terms. West Florida Air operates two separate opt-in text messaging programs:

  • Transactional / Service Messages: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, and service follow-ups.
  • Marketing / Promotional Messages: special offers, discounts, seasonal maintenance reminders, service announcements, and customer feedback requests.

Program Description: Each program is operated by West Florida Air and may send messages from one or more phone numbers we control. Each program is independent — you may opt into one, both, or neither.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and our promotional schedule.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to or received from West Florida Air.

Help and Opt-Out: Reply HELP to any message for help or contact us at (727) 857-3051 or westfloridaair@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you will receive a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages from that program.

Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the account holder or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder for the mobile number provided.

Carriers:Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Information you provide in connection with our SMS programs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Florida Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
